I’m incredibly grateful for the teams, coaches, and athletic departments I get to work with each year. From locker rooms and film rooms to parent meetings in the cafeteria, it’s a privilege to help coaches lead better and athletes compete with confidence and character.
Looking ahead, I’m now booking full and half-day workshops—virtual and in-person—for Spring and Fall 2026, and I’d love to work with your program.
My approach is simple: I work with coaches, athletes, and parents so everyone in your program is speaking the same language. Scroll down for more details, or fill out the contact form and I will get back to you within 24 hours.
What a Day with Your Program Can Look Like
A typical full-day event can be structured like this (we can also do standalone keynotes or half-day formats):
Session for Coaches (Based on Coaching with Purpose & Friday Night Fire)
Building a clear coaching philosophy and standards
The anatomy of a great pregame/halftime talk
Teaching like a coach, not just managing like one
Session for Athletes (From Team Building Activities for Athletes & Talent Needs Character)
Leadership and team culture: how to be a great teammate
Mental toughness and handling adversity
Character, integrity, and representing the jersey well
Session for Parents (From Raising Resilient Athletes)
Supporting, not smothering: the parent’s role on game day
Helping kids handle failure, success, and pressure
Raising confident, resilient young people beyond the scoreboard
We can customize the flow for a single team, your entire athletic department, or a district-wide event.
