Parent Session
One dedicated session for parents to share insight, ask questions, and learn practical ways to support their athlete’s growth.
30-Minute Sessions
Focused, productive 1:1 coaching sessions held through Zoom, FaceTime, or phone, depending on what works best.
Flexible Communication
Text and email support is included for athletes and parents between sessions for coaching-related questions, updates, and support.

No Long-Term Contract
No long-term contract. Sessions do not automatically renew. When your sessions are used, I’ll send a new invoice only if we agree to continue.
What Happens After Purchase
After purchase, you’ll receive an email to schedule the first session. We’ll begin by learning more about the athlete’s sport, goals, current challenges, and what kind of support would be most helpful.
From there, we’ll build a practical plan to help the athlete think better, respond better, and perform with more confidence.
